KERRVILLE \emdash Mary Kay Williams of Kerrville passed away suddenly on Oct. 7, 2010 at the age of 55. She was a beloved wife and a friend of all who were privileged to know her.

She was born in McAllen, Texas the daughter of Sam and Eleanor Henderson. Mary Kay graduated from high school in McAllen and later from the University of Texas in Austin. She was industrious in all her projects and loved her work. In her leisure time she enjoyed gardening, decorating and hosting get-togethers at her beautiful home.

As a Human Resources professional, she had been a mainstay at James Avery for the last 15 years, primarily advising all employees on their health insurance. She married Bill Williams in 1987 in Houston and moved to Kerrville in 1996.

She was preceded in death by her father Sam and her sister Sue Ellen and is survived by her husband Bill, mother Eleanor of Kerrville, brothers Rick of Katy, John of Austin and Sam of McAllen. She is also survived by her step-children Robin (Chris) McKinzie of Lakeway, Texas and Stephen (Kadee) Williams of Arlington, Texas, grandchildren Carson and Kate McKinzie and Addison Williams, nephews Ryan and Logan Henderson and nieces Julie Henderson and Ashleigh Henderson and numerous cousins. She will be greatly missed by all.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 5:30 pm at the Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Hwy Kerrville, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
