The 1860 Federal Census for District 6, Fentress Co., TN, Travisville P. O., page 30A, dated July 2, 1860 records Phillip (90 - VA) & Milly Smith (81 - VA) living with their son and his family: Isaac Smith (50 - KY) with his wife Zerelda Smith (46 - KY) and children Elizabeth J. (25 - AL), Milly A. (20 - TN), John M. (18 - TN), Jonathan L. (15 - TN), Mary V. (13 - TN), Martha M. (11 - TN), Nancy A., (9 - TN), Isaac Woolsey (7 - TN), and Wm. L. (5 - TN).
Emilia married Phillip Smith circa 1810. (Phillip Smith was born in 1770 in Virginia and died after 1860 in Fentress Co., Tennessee.)
