The 1870 Federal Census for Snow Creek, Franklin County, Virgina page 451B recorded Aug. 10, 1870 lists Benjamin Pinkard (60) with wife Julia (45) and children William (24), John (21), Mary (18), and Charles (15). Benjamin is a farmer.
