A Sally Wortham is listed in the Warren County marriage register as having married a Thomas G. Blackwell in 1834. This researcher has found no other record of a Thomas Blackwell and a Sally Wortham; however, there is a Sally Wortham, aged 34 years, is listed in the 1850 census record for Warren County living with her parents. One might speculate that Sally's husband died and she went to live with her parents and siblings.
