The Julia Franklin should be Julia Francis and was probably transposed incorrectly because of the Franklin County residence. Silas is of medium height and build with blue eyes and black hair.

Silas married Julia Frances Terry, daughter of Benjamin Franklin Terry and Julia Francis Law, on 31 Dec 1902. (Julia Frances Terry was born on 12 Dec 1882 in Leatherwood Area of Henry Co., VA. and died in Nov 1982 in Boones Mill, Franklin Co., Virginia.)
