The 1850 Federal Census for Reading, Berks Co., Pa., page 255A, dated Sept 24, 1850 records Wolfgang Reisinger (36 - Germany) with his wife Mary Reisinger (25 - Germany) and daughter Mary Reisinger (1 - PA).

The 1860 Federal Census for Reading, Berks Co., Pa., page 362 records Wolf Reisger (sic) (40 - Württemberg) with his wife Mary Reisger (43 - Württemberg) and children Maria Reisger (11 - PA), George Reisger (8 - PA), Mina Reisger (7 - PA), Michael Reisger (4 - PA), Marks Reisger (3 - PA), Rose Reisger (2 - PA). Wolf is employed as a Laborer and has real estate valued at $400.

The 1870 Federal Census for Reading, Berks Co., Pa., page 190A, dated July 20, 1870 records Wolfgang Reisinger (50 - Bavaria) with his wife Mary Reisinger (44 - Bavaria) and children George Reisinger (19 - PA), Anna Reisinger (17 - PA), Rosa Reisinger (12 - PA), Amelia Reisinger (10 - PA), Caroline Reisinger (4 - PA), and Catherine Reisinger (6/12 - PA). Wolfgang is employed as a Laborer and has real estate valued at $1,200 and a personal estate valued at $100.

The 1880 Federal Census for Reading, Berks Co., Pa. (ED# 56, page 362) records Wolfgang Reisinger (59 - Bavaria/Bavaria/Bavaria) with his wife Mary Reisinger (54 - Bavaria/Bavaria/Bavaria) and children Amelia (19 - PA), Caroline (13 - PA), and Catherine (10 - PA) living at 1124 Elm Street. George L. Hagen (son of Joshua) will soon marry Amelia Reisinger and come to live in that house (as recorded in the 1900 & 1910 Federal Census records ... see general notes on George Leo Hagen).

Wolfgang is listed in the Reading Directory at 1124 Elm Street as late as 1890. A Reading Pa. Death Index records Wolfgang Reisinger dieing on December 31, 1897.

Wolfgang married Mary Gruver. (Mary Gruver was born about 1826 in Bavaria and died after 1880.)
