The 1910 Federal Census for Martic Township, Lancaster Co., PA (ED#119, page 15A) dated April 16, 1910 records H. C. [Harry Clinton] Alexander (30) with his wife Mabel (27) and children Mae Alexander (3) and John Raymond Alexander (1/12) living with his in-laws John T. Brubaker (52) and his wife Emma H. (57) and their daughter Ada (20). John and Emma have been married for 30 years while H. C. and Mabel for 5 years. See general notes on H. C. Alexander's father for additional 1910 census facts.

The WWI Draft Registration Card for Harry Clinton Alexander dated Sept 12, 1918 records his date of birth as June 22, 1879. He is farming in Mt. Nebo and his nearest relative is Mabel B. Alexander. He is short in height and build with brown eyes and black hair.

Mabel dies ca 1919 because Harry is classified as a widower in the 1920 census: The 1920 Federal Census for Martic Township, Lancaster Co., PA (ED#105, page 74B) dated January 19, 1920 records the widower Clinton Alexander (41) with children May (13) and Raymond (9) living on the Mt. Nebo Road.

The 1930 Federal Census for Manheim Township, Lancaster Co., PA (ED#89, page 232A) dated April 22, 1930 records H. Clinton Alexander (50) with his wife Mary (44) and son J. Raymond Alexander (20). Clinton indicates that he was first married at age 25 while Mary at age 36. Clinton is employed as a Chauffer for a private family and Raymond is a Salesman for an Auto Parts Company.

The WWII Draft Registration Card (for men born on or after April 28, 1877 and on or before February 16, 1897) for Harry Clinton Alexander dated April 27, 1942 lists his date of birth as June 22, 1879 in Mt. Nebo, Lancaster Co., PA. He is living Rte 3, Manheim Township in Lancaster County and the person who will always know his address is Walter M. Dunlap of the same address. He is working for the Lancaster Stock Yards and his physical description is 5' 10", 170 lbs with blue eyes, bald hair, and ruddy complexion
