He is living with his wife, Mrs. W. H. Armstrong (Emma) at 54 Howard Avenue in Lancaster and is working as an Engineer for the Lane Finish & Glass Company. His physical description is tall and medium build with gray eyes and black hair.

The WWI Draft Registration Card dated Sept 12, 1918 in Lancaster, PA for William Henry Armstrong records his date of birth as October 18, 1873. He is living with his wife, E. Marion Armstrong, in Drumore Township in Lancaster Co. and is working as a Farmer. His physical description is tall and medium build with brown eyes and brown hair.

Armstrong (56 - PA/PA/PA) with his wife Sybilla Armstrong (46 - PA/PA/PA). William indicates he was first married at age 25 while Sybilla at age 21 meaning this is at least the second marriage for each.

William married Ester Marion circa 1897 in Lancaster Co., PA. (Ester Marion was born in Nov 1874 in Pennsylvania and died after 1920 in Drumore Township, Lancaster Co., PA..)
