(Feb 1842 - VA/VA/VA) and Elizabeth A. (Nov 1846 - VA/VA/VA) and siblings Eva S. Willis (Nov 1875 - VA) and Joseph N. Willis (Oct 1884 - VA) at 513 Est Leigh Street. Joseph is a Druggist. Joseph and Elizabeth have been married for 28 years and have had 3 children.

Florence married Dr. Charles Wilson Doughtie, son of Henning Smith Doughtie and Sara Jane Norfleet. (Dr. Charles Wilson Doughtie was born on 20 Feb 1877 in Nansemond Co, VA, died on 5 Mar 1942 in Norfolk, VA. and was buried on 7 Mar 1942 in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, VA.)
