(5), Morris (3), and Rachael A. (7/12). The 1870 Federal Census for Martic Township, Lancaster Co., Pa. records Ebenizer (56 - Forgeman) and Margaret (49) Aikin with children James (25), George (15), Rachael (20), Ruth (16), Reuben (12), and Annie (2 -? grand daughter?).
The 1880 Federal Census for Martic Township, Lancaster Co., Pa. ED# 169, page 391B records Ebenezer (65 - Laborer) and Margaret (67) Aken with son George W. (27) and grand daughter Annie (12). They are next door to his married daughter, Rachael, and her husband, Valentine Hagen, and family. A few doors away is son James Akens (34 - Shoemaker) and his wife and family.
