A possible candidate for Archie is found in the WWI Draft Registration Cards in 1918 as William Archer Blair living at 213 West Grace Street in Richmond, VA and born June 29, 1896 in Richmond, VA. This is most likely the correct "Archie" Blair in that Edwin W. Hagen Jr.'s 1958 funeral program was signed by W. Archer Blair, son-in-law.

The WWII Draft Registration Card (for men born on or after April 28, 1877 and on or before February 16, 1897) for William Archer Blair dated April 27, 1942 lists his date of birth as June 29, 1896 in Richmond, VA.
