The 1930 Federal Census for Richmond, VA, District 26, page 132A records the widow Berta O. Cutchins (69 - VA/Germany/VA) living with her son, John A. Cutchins (35), at 1007 Franklin Street. John is a Lawyer for the Securities Corp.
