The 1900 Federal Census for Philadelphia, PA, District 762, page 227B, dated June 7, 1900 records Matilda Donaghy (June 1869 - PA/PA/Ireland) living with her parents Chas (Oct 1833 - PA/Ireland/Ireland) and Margaret (Jan 1837 - Ireland/Ireland/Ireland) Donaghy and sister Emily Donaghy (April 1878 - PA) at 2022 Fitzwater Street. Charles and Margaret have been married for 41 years and have had 9 children of whom 3 are still living. Margaret immigrated to this country in 1846 and was naturalized in 1854. Charles is employed as a Metalic Roofer and Matilda and Emily are Public School Teachers.

Matilda's father, Charles Donaghy, died on October 26, 1903 in Philadelphia of Congestion of the Lungs and was buried in Mt. Moriah Cemetery on October 30, 1903. He was living at 2022 Fitzwater Street which is also the residence listed in the 1900 census.
The 1910 Federal Census for Philadelphia, Ward 26, PA, District 705, page 111B, dated April 22, 1910 records the widow Margaret Donaghy (73 - Ireland/Ireland/Ireland) and daughters Martha Donaghy (38) and Emily Donaghy (32 - PA) at 2022 Fitzwater Street. Margaret indicates she has had 9 children of whom 3 are still living and that she immigrated to this country in 1846. Both Martha and Emily are Public School Teacher.
