Pennsylvania, Wills and Probate Records, 1683-1993 for John Trost; Lancaster Will Book D-E, Vol 2, 1878-1883 [image 731 of 755] records the final will for John Trost. The document relates that "John Trost died Sept 13th AD 1883 at 10 3/4 o clock".
We know that this is "our" John Trost in that he names his wife as Margaret and describes his home as "my one and a half story frame dwelling house ... situate on Manor Street" in the City of Lancaster. Thta is the street of his residence as documented in the 1880 census record above.
