(June 1840 - Delaware/Maryland/Delaware) and Elizabeth (Feb 1855 - Delaware/England/Delaware) Nicoles and her sister Gertrude Nicoles (Oct 1875 - Delaware) at 707 Pine Street. William is an Engineer and Elsie is a Compositer. Also in the household is William's widowed sister-in-law, Sarah Mount (Feb 1839 - PA/England/Delaware). Elizabeth has been married for 25 years and has had 2 children while Sarah has had 3 children of whom 2 are still living.

Nicols (5 - Delaware) at 707 Pine Street. William is employed with the Conduction R. R. Next door is a Jennie Nicols (27 - Delaware/Delaware/Delaware), possible sister of William.

Elsie married Frederick (Freddie) Schneider (Snyder), son of William Schneider (Snyder) Sr. and Caroline, circa 1910. (Frederick (Freddie) Schneider (Snyder) was born on 27 Sep 1876 in Borough of Coatesville, Chester, PA. and died after 1940 in Wilmington, New Castle Co., Delaware.)
