The 1900 Federal Census for Westminster, Carroll Co., Maryland, District 130, page 206B records Howard (Aug 1872) and Mary B. (Mar 1876) Logue with children Viola B. (Nov 1897) and William R. (Dec 1898). Also in the household is Howard's brother, William R. Logue (May 1876). Ancestry.com has the family indexed as "Longe".

The 1910 Federal Census for Carroll Co., Maryland, District 76 records Howard Logue (38-widower) and four children living with his mother-in-law Mary Beard (60-widow).

Howard has not been located in the 1920 census record, however, his daughter, Eva, is living with her grand mother, Mary Beard. Perhaps, Howard has passed away.

Howard married Mary Elizabeth Beard, daughter of Living and Mary, on 30 Nov 1896 in Westminster, Carroll Co., Maryland. (Mary Elizabeth Beard was born in Mar 1876 and died circa 1908 in Carroll Co., Maryland.)
