Ruth M. Rannels Huber, 66, of 375 Kendig Road, Conestoga, was found dead in a car in front of Conestoga United Methodist Church, 71 Sandhill Road, Conestoga, Tuesday night, according to Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Barry D. Walp.
State police are investigating.
Walp said an autopsy was performed but the cause of death is undetermined pending toxicology tests.
She formerly lived in Klinesville.
Mrs. Huber worked at Wyeth Laboratories Inc. of Marietta and was an Avon sales representative.
Her husband, C. Lester Huber, died in 1988.
Mrs. Huber was a member of the Worship Center and was former den mother of Columbia Cub Pack 151. She crocheted afghans.
Born in Kutztown, she was a daughter of Viola Mae Klopp Wessner of Maxatawny and the late William M. Wessner.
Surviving besides her mother are four sons, and a daughter.
Also surviving are four brothers, and eight grandchildren.
