John Melvin Widgeon Jr., 90, a native of Norfolk County, has died in his home.
He was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Esther W. Daughtrey and Leila Williams, both of Norfolk.
The graveside funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery, with H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, in charge.
