(38-NC) and Rosa (30-NC) Whisnant with children Cletis (11), Memory (9), Florence (7), Durum (5), Mallard (4), and Willard (9/12). Perry and Rosa have been married 12 years with 7 children of which 6 are still living.

The 1920 Federal Census for North Carolina, Cleveland Co., Township 11, District 71, page 85A taken January 20, 1920 records Perry M. (48-NC) and Rosa L. (39-NC) Whisnant ( indexed as Amsnart at ancestry.com) with children Cletis H. (20), James M. (19), Mary F. (7), James D. (15), Mallard (13), Winnie W. (10), P. M. (3 7/12), and Pauline (1 2/12).
