Scavo - Joseph P. Scavo Died On Saturday, October 3, 1998 at 10:10 A.M. age 80 years. Beloved husband of Florence Haas Scavo. Father of Alton J. Scavo. Son of the late Catherine Giovenco Scavo and Joseph Scavo. Brother of Marie Ward, Catherine Ducote, Rosemary Bradford and the late Frank Pascal, Anthony and Peter Scavo; Theresa Sircello, Jennie Scavo and Nettie Scavo. Father-In-Law of Madeline Hillery Scavo. Grandfather Tanya Scavo Morris and Ryan J. Scavo. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to Attend the funeral services at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home Chapel, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (In Metairie Cemetery) on Monday, October 5, 1998 at 1:00 P.M. Visitation Monday morning from 11:00 A.M. until funeral time. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Cemetery. In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions to Children's Hospital are preferred.
