Laura A. Hagen, 56, of 526 Poplar St., died Friday at St. Joseph Hospital after a lengthy illness.
A homemaker, Mrs. Hagen was a lifelong Lancaster resident. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Laura Brubaker Gemmill.
She was the wife of the late Richard E. Hagen.

James Edward Gemmill, 56, of 515 Fourth St., died unexpectedly Friday at Lancaster Regional Medical Center. He was under the care of a doctor.
Gemmill last worked for School District of Lancaster. He previously worked many years as a drywall hanger.
He attended McCaskey High School.
