(Sept 1884), Joseph T. (July 1886), Robert R. (Aug 1890), and Hunter (March 1894). Thomas and Laura have been married for 20 years and have had 10 children of whom 4 are still living.

Thomas married Laura Virginia Cross, daughter of Josiah Cross and Mildred A. Daughtrey. (Laura Virginia Cross was born on 26 Jun 1860 in Southampton Co., VA, died on 23 Mar 1934 in Southampton Co., VA and was buried in Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery, Southampton Co., VA.)
