The 1930 Federal Census for Queens, New York, New York, District 778 page 210A, dated April 5, 1930 records the widow [see notes below from Brian Francis Harvey regarding Robert's death] Catherine Harvey (39 - Irish Free State/Irish Free State/Irish Free State) and children Anna E. (10 - NY), Robert B. (7 - NY), and Mary F. (1 - NY) living at 2804 44th Street. Also in the household is Catherine's single sister, Elizabeth Durham (24 - Irish Free State/Irish Free State/Irish Free State). [Thus, Catherine's maiden name must be Durham] Elizabeth is a Cashier in a Restaurant and the only person in the household who is working. Elizabeth immigrated in 1924 while Catherine in 1914. Catherine reports being married at age 28.

William is employed as a Policeman at the West 100th St Police Station and Elizabeth is a Cashier in a Restaurant. They are both listed as "-in-law"s. Anne is employed as a Linen Checker at a Hospital.
