The 1930 Federal Census for Spokane, Washington, District 33 records Edward P. Heine (34 - Oregon/Germany/Germany) with his wife Anna C. Heine (43 - Minnesota/Norway/Norway) and son Phillip A. (12 - WA) living at 2923 Perry Street.

Edward's birth date is taken from his WWI & WWI Draft Registration Cards. His death date, after 1957, is taken from the fact that both he and his wife, Rosemary, are listed in a 1957 Spokane City Directory.
