By 1860 William and family are still in Kentucky: The 1860 Federal Census for District 2, Breckinridge County, Kentucky records Wm H [Hayden] Webb (42) with his wife Sallie (34) and son Clinton (8). No other adult Webbs can be found in Breckinridge County, Kentucky in the 1860 census record.
