Also in the household are brother-in-law John L. Strunk (38 - PA) and his wife Eva M. Strunk (35) and their children Ethel (17) and Harold (16).

The 1940 Federal Census for Reading, Berks Co., PA, District 70-54, page 738B, dated April 3, 1940 records the widow Katie Baker (43) living at 407 N 10th Street. Also in the household are brother-in-law John Strunk (48 - PA) and his wife Eva Strunk (45) and their children Ethel (28) and Harold (26) as well as Katie's divorced daughter, Florence Howard (32).

Katie married George G. Baker, son of Dr. Jacob E. Baker and Annie Brendle, on 24 Jun 1918 in Reading, Berks Co., PA. (George G. Baker was born on 1 Dec 1879 in Adamstown, Lancaster Co., PA, died on 2 Oct 1929 in Reading, Berks Co., PA and was buried on 5 Oct 1929 in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Adamstown, Lancaster Co., PA.)
