Myrtle M. Wright Myrtle M. Wright, 97, formerly of Quarryville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 at the Glen at Willow Valley. Born in Drumore, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd V. and Effie Cramer Miles. She was the wife of the late Giles C. Wright who died in 1988. A homemaker, Myrtle worked in the office of the Oxford Press. She was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Fairfield. Surviving are: a daughter, Polly wife of Earl Wallace of Lancaster; a nephew, David husband of Pamela Miles of New Providence; a brother, Edgar Miles of Humboldt, TN. She was preceded in death by a sister, Reba Hagen, and two brothers, Robert and Raymond Miles. Funeral Services will be held from the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St, Lancaster on Friday, Sept. 9, 2011 at 2 PM with interment following in Little Britain Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home on Friday.
