The 1870 Federal Census for Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co.,Pennsylvania, Tunkhannock P. O., page 168A, dated June 2, 1870 records Hannah C. Swan with her parents George G. (36 - PA) and Rhoda P. (33) Swan and siblings Mary A. (10), Dora I. [Isabella] (5), and Hattie (1). George is a Carpenter.

The 1860 Federal Census for Washington, Wyoming Co.,Pennsylvania, Russell Hill P. O., page 299A, dated Sept 10, 1860 records Geo G. (27 - PA) and Rhoda (24) Swan and daughter Mary (1).

PA Death Certificates for Hannah's siblings indictae her mother as Rhoda Fish and father as George Grant Swan ... research for Isabella S. [Swan] Boardman (1864 - 1954) and Ervin D. Swan (1872 - 1942) for documentation. It appears that both George and Rohoda die sometime in the 1870s in that the younger children, Isabella, Hattie, and Ervin have been placed in other homes ... research 1880 Wyoming Co., PA census records for documentation.
