The 1920 Federal Census for Virginia, Richmond City, Clay Ward, District 77 records Isabell P. Weisiger (68-widow) living at 110 East Cary Street. Also in the household are son Oscar F. (42-Hotal Manager) and son David B. (39) daughter-in-law Emma P. (38-Book Keeper at a Coal Mine Co.) and their children David (12) and Emory (9) as well as daughter Isabell W. Smith (46-widow / Dental Assistant) and her children Dorothy H. (22-Book Keeper at a Bank) and Isabell W. (20-Book Keeper at an Insurance Co.).

It is of interest that the 1930 census implies David Weisiger has died and Emma had remarried an Alfred F. Crenshaw. Her sons David B. and Emory P. Weisiger live with their State employeed Civil Engineer step father in Richmond.

Isabel married Oscar Fitzallen Weisiger on 15 Nov 1870. (Oscar Fitzallen Weisiger was born on 19 Jan 1848 and died on 9 Nov 1896.)
