The 1923 York City Directory records William H. Weise (Esther) rooming at 624 Wallace. It appears that the couple moves to Harrisburg in that the 1924 Harrisburg City Directory lists:
Wm H Weise Jr (Esther A) mgr Hbg Asphault Roofing Co h1311 Market.

The 1930 Federal Census for Sea Girt, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, District 109, page 106A, dated April 8, 1930 records William H. (32 - PA/PA/PA) and Esther R. (28 - PA/PA/PA) Wiese (sic) with their son William H. Wiese Jr. (8 - PA/PA/PA) living at 316 Boston Blvd. William Sr. has been married to Esther for 9 years and is employed in Commercial Roofing. They own their home valued at $15,000.

The 1940 Federal Census for Lake Spring, Monmouth Co., New Jersey, District 109, page 2058A, dated April 12, 1940 records Wm (42 - PA) and Esther (38 - PA) Weise with their son WmWiese Jr. (18 - PA) living at 333 South Blvd. William Sr. has completed 4 years of college and is employed as a Salesman in a Lumber Yard earning $2,000 working 52 weeks during the last year. They own their home valued at $3,500. Both Esther and William Jr. have completed 4 years of high school and neither is working.
