Mary A. Fries
Mary Alma Fries, 90, Richmond, Va., formerly of Reading, died Sept. 29 in a nursing home in Richmond.
She was predeceased by her husband, Galen H. Fries Jr.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Albert R. and Harriet (Harper) Hagen.
Surviving is a daughter, Linda S. (Fries) Weirich, Glen Allen, Va.
Other survivors include two sisters, Kathleen (Hagen) Lichtenwalner and Jean (Hagen) Falinski, both of Reading.
There are also three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Graveside services will be Oct. 14 in the Westhampton Memorial Park, Richmond. The Woody Funeral Home, Richmond, is in charge of arrangements.

Mary married Galen H. Fries, son of Galen Howard Fries and Reba A. Powell, in 1938 in Reading, Berks Co., PA. (Galen H. Fries was born on 21 Aug 1911 in Reading, Berks Co., PA. and died on 19 Apr 2000 in Midlothian, Chesterfield Co., VA..)
