The 1880 Federal Census for Dushore Borough, Cherry Township, Sullivan Co., Pennsylvania, District 231, page 591B records Patrick (35) and Mary L. (28) Crowley with children Mary E. (6), John A. (4), and Francis P. (2).
The 1900 Federal Census for Cherry Township, Sullivan Co., Pennsylvania, District 60, page 8A records Patrick (March 1850) and Lorretta M. (April 1852) Crowley with children Francis (June 1879), Ellen (Oct 1882), Arthur (Dec 1883), Exzavier (Sept 1885), Vincent (Feb 1888), Leo (Apr 1892), and Anna (Sept 1894) living at 102 North River Road. Patrick is listed as having immigrated to the U.S. in 1870 from Ireland. They are living next door to their daughter's (Elizabeth) husband's parents, Peter and Rose Murphy. A few doors down is son John Crowley and family.
The 1910 Federal Census for Sayre Borough, Ward 3, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania, District 30, page 243B records Pattric (58) and Loretta M. (58) Crowley with children Exavier (24), Vincent (22), Leo (17), and Annie (15). Patrick is still a coal miner born in Ireland having immigrated in 1870 while Loretta's parents are from Germany. Exavier is a brakeman on the railroad, Vincent a machinist, and Leo a plumber. Patrick and Loretta have been married 38 years with 9 children all of whom are still alive.
The 1920 Federal Census for Sayre Borough, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania, District 31, page 41B records Patrick Crouley (78 - father-in-law) living in the household of Peter (53) and Elizabeth (45) Murphy with children Mary (13), Alice (11), Gerome (8), and Veronica (6) renting at 616 Stevenson Street.
