EDYTHE HOLLOWAY GARRETT
RALEIGH -- Edythe Holloway Garrett, formerly of Raleigh, died Monday in Richmond, Virginia where she has lived since late 1996.
Widow of Joe W. Garrett, Mrs. Garrett was a life-long member of First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years in the Primary Department. She was a member of the Livingston-Johnson Bible Class.
She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Garrett Ludden of Midlothian, VA; grandsons Brett, Jeff and Mark, and nieces Joanna Smith Mills and Melissa Smith Donnell of Raleigh.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Montlawn Memorial Park.
