The Roanoke Times, December 17, 1976 Mrs. Goldie Totten Daughtrey age 88 of 3114 Ellsworth St. NE died Thursday morning in a Narrows nursing home. She was born in Kimball, W Va., a member of a pioneer family of McDowell County. Mrs. Daughtrey was an active member of the Huntington Court Untied Methodist Church and also of Electa Chapter #33 O. E. S. Surviving are one nephew, Vernon Calloway, Welch, W Va., two nieces, Mrs Louis Curry, Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs. Joseph Birwasser, Newport News, VA. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Saturday at 10:30 a. m. by the Rev. Jack A. Minnick. Emtombment in Sherwood Burial Park. The family suggests that memorials be made to the Library Fund of the Huntington Court Methodist Church. Friends may call at Oakey's, Roanoke. Note:
