The 1850 Federal Census for District 3, Carroll Co., Maryland, page 261B, dated November 14, 1850 records Daniel (58 - MD) and Mary (47 - MD) Myers with children David (12), Mandella (11), and Susana (6).

The 1860 Federal Census for Myers District, Carroll Co., Maryland, page 261B, dated August 28, 1860 records Daniel (60 - MD) and Mary (58 - MD) Myers with their daughter Susanna (17). Daniel is a Laborer and has real estate valued at $500 and a personal estate valued at $125. Susanna is a Seamstress.

The 1870 Federal Census records Daniel and Mary Myers living with son David and his family. The 1870 Federal Census for Frizzellburg, Carroll Co., Maryland, Union Town P. O., page 341B, dated June 24, 1870 records David (31 - MD) and Susan E. (23 - MD) Myers with their son Harry G. (9/12). Also in the household are David's parents, Daniel (71 - MD) and Mary (66 - MD) Myers. This is a farming family. David has real estate valued at $1,000 and a personal estate valued at $150.

Daniel continues to live with son David as indicated in the 1880 Federal Census; however, he is now a widower. (8), Anna J. (6), William E. (4), and David F. (2). Also in the household is David's widowed father, Daniel Myers (88 - MD/MD/PA). This is a farming family.

Daniel married Mary. (Mary was born about 1803 in Pennsylvania and died about 1875 in Carroll Co., Maryland.)
