In 1940 it appears that Mary Lenox is living with her brothers: The 1940 Federal Census for Philadelphia, PA, District 51-2242, records on page 27331A, dated April 19, 1940, May Lenox (44 - Penn) as a sister, who is married, living at 2019 South 58th Street and several pages over on page 27323A, dated April 19, 1940, records Walter Keefe (52 - Penn) and his brother Nicholas Keefe (44 - Penn).

The 1910 Federal Census for Philadelphia, Ward 39, PA, ED#977, page 213A, dated April 19, 1910 records Frank (49 - PA/PA/PA) and Catherine (46 - PA/Ireland/Ireland) Keefe with children Walter (23 - PA), May (19 - PA), Frank Jr. (18 - PA), Harry (15 - PA), Nicholas (13 - PA), and Margaret (11 - PA) living at 1045 Snyder Avenue. Frank is an Ice Dealer with his own place, Walter, is a Salesman for Automobile Oils, May is a Trimmer at a Hat Factory, Frank Jr. is a Polisher at a Piano Factory, and Harry is an Errand Boy at an Electric Company. Frank has been married to Catherine for 27 years and has had 9 children of whom 7 are still living.

The 1900 Federal Census for Philadelphia, Ward 1, PA, ED#26, page 17A, dated June 5, 1910 records Francis (Feb 1863 - PA/PA/PA) and Catherine (Sept 1863 - PA/PA/PA) Keefe with children Jennie (April 1884 - PA), Walter (Oct 1886 - PA), May (Sept 1888 - PA), Francis Jr. (Jan 1892 - PA), Harry (May 1894 - PA), Nicholas (Nov 1896 - PA), and Margaret (Sept 1898 - PA) living at 1030 Norris Street. Frank is a Driver and has been married to Catherine for 17 years. Interesting that the number of children reported is 0.

Mary married Edwin Samuel Lenox, son of David Lenox and Mary Ann Hagen, about 1914 in Philadelphia, PA. (Edwin Samuel Lenox was born on 30 Oct 1893 in Philadelphia, PA. and died after 25 Apr 1942 in Baltimore City, Baltimore Co., Maryland.)
