The 1930 Federal Census records Charlotte L. Delp (67) as a widow living with her daughter Lucy B. Delp (37) near the intersection of McCormick and Elk Creek Roads. Also in the household is Laura Sheehe (57). They are living a few doors down from daughter Alice and her husband W. Worley Scott.
