The 1930 Federal Census for Chincoteague, Accomack Co., Va. (ED#5, page 98B) records the widow Sarah A. Hill (78) living with her daughter, Manie F. Jester (54) and her husband Kenny J. Jester (57) and their son grandson LeRoy Jester (17).
