Hello,
My name is Kathleen Hingerty. My great-grandfather is, Charles D. Hingerty who married Aletha Ann Freeman in 1867 in Portsmouth, VA. They had a son, Clarence, 1874, who married Ida Wandell and had seven children - one of whom is my father Arthur C. Hingerty. Do you have any information about who Charles' parents were - I have found a Alfred Heckel Hingerty who married Nellie (Ellen) Wright (both in Virginia) and had nine children one of whom is Charles D.Hingerty but the Charles D birthplace is listed as PA and VA. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
