The 1880 Federal Census for Green Township, Scioto Co., Ohio, District 163, page 77A & B dated June 19, 1880 records Myrtie Haly (7 - Ohio/Ohio/Ohio) living with her grand parents John (59 - Ohio/NY/NY) and Lucy (49 - Ohio/Vermont/Ohio) Winkler and their children Lena Winkler (18) and George Winkler (15).

It appears the 1880 census might be CHristopher Charles Hailey's daughter, Myrta A. Hailey, from the 1897 Civil War Veterans Pension application ... and when using Winkler as a mother's surname the Ohio Birth Index below confirms Myrta's parents:
