Next door to Pleasant Mann is his brother Robert J. Mann (27) with wife Mary A. (35).
The 1900 Federal Census for Manchester, Chesterfield Co., VA, District 6, page 119A, June 18, 1900 records Pleasant A. Mann (Sept 1849) with his wife Ida F. (Jan 1858) and children Charles O. (June 1890) and Harvey D. (Nov 1892) living along Holly Springs Road. Pleasant and Ida have been married for 27 years and have had 9 children of whom 7 are still living.
