Andrews (Aug 1857 - PA) living at 843 Spruce Street. John is a farm laborer and has been married to Ida for 16 years. They have no children.

The 1910 Federal Census for Conestoga Township, Lancaster Co., PA, District 11, page 303A records Ida [Alexander] Andrews (50 - PA) with her husband John K. Andrews (52 - PA). Also in the household is Ida's widowed mother, Fannie Alexander (74) and Ida's brother, John Alexander (45). John and Ida have been married for 26 years and have had no children. Fannie has had 8 children all of whom are still living. John owns his own farm.

By 1920 John and Ida have returned to Martic :
The 1920 Federal Census for Marticville, Martic Township, Lancaster Co., PA, District 105, page 70B records Ida K. [Alexander] Andrews (58 - PA) with her husband John [indexed as Jacob] Andrews (64 - PA) living on Martic Road. Also in the household is an adopted son, Ross C. Alexander (14) and Ida's brother, John Alexander (52).

The 1930 Federal Census for Marticville, Martic Township, Lancaster Co., PA, District 96, page 118B records Ida K. [Alexander] Andrews (69 - PA) with her husband John K. Andrews (72 - PA). Also in the household is a nephew, Ross C. Alexander (21) and a brother, John A. Alexander (57). Ross is an adopted son of John and Ida Andrews and was the youngest son of Frank and Mina Alexander, Frank being Ida's brother.
