M. Vivian Richardson (nee Skidmore), 87, of Upperco died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at Long View Nursing Home in Manchester. Born June 10, 1920, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Harry A. Sr. and Magesie Nunn Skidmore. She was the wife of the late Donald Gray Richardson. She was a homemaker. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church in Reisterstown and a charter member of the Woman's Club of Glyndon. She was an avid bridge player, close to becoming a master and an avid bowler. She was also a member of Piney Branch Golf Club. Surviving are a son, Randy Richardson of Finksburg; daughters Barbara J. Houck of Queenstown and V. Lynn Piette and Carol E. Ball, both of Reisterstown; a brother, Harry A. Skidmore Jr. of Jarrettsville; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Donald Clay Richardson. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, with the Rev. David A. Stenner officiating. Interment will be in Mount Paran Presbyterian Cemetery in Randallstown. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
