T. J. Penn Dies in Greensboro, N.C.; Former Resident
News has been received by relatives here announcing the death of T. J. Penn of Greensboro, N.C., who was a former resident of Danville. Mr. Penn had been ill for some time and his death was not unexpected.
He is survived by his widow and the following children: Miss Catherine Penn, T. J. Penn Jr. of Greensboro, and MRs. John D. Waldrop of Raleigh, N.C. Also the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. J. F. Roson, Mrs. Kate Penn Bass, and John L. Penn of Danville, S. C. Penn of Reidsville and George E. Penn of Abingdon, VA.
Funeral services will be held from his home in Greensboro this afternoon at 3 p.m.
