Barbara Thurston EGNOR, 74, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 6, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Clifford Egnor; three daughters, Sheryl Didlake, Gail Dickerson and her husband, Tim, and Jane Rea and her husband, Robert; two sons, Clifford Egnor Jr. and wife, Pattie, and Bruce Egnor; a brother, Pete Lane; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie and Ida Mae Lane. Barbara was a loving wife and mother and adored her church. The family will receive friends Friday, 11 to 12 p.m. at Life Church, 8378 Atlee Road, Mechanicsville. Her memorial service will follow at 12 p.m. in the church. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, Md.
