The 1880 Federal Census for Callands, Pittsylvania Co., Va., Dist 164, page 59B, dated June 16, 1880 records Elisah H. (23 - VA/VA/VA) and Victoria (23 - VA/VA/VA) Kindrick with their daughter Hillie (1 - VA/VA/VA). Next door is Victoria's mother, Sallie Hoskinds (45 - VA/VA/VA) and her father, William Hoskinds (70 - VA/VA/VA).

The 1900 Federal Census for Callands, Pittsylvania Co., VA, ED#70, page 215B, dated June 7, 1900 records Elisha (1858) and Victoria (1860) Kindrick with children Hillie (March 1879), Bessie (June 1885), and Paul (April 1888). Elisha is a farmer and has been married to Victoria for 22 years. They have had 6 children of whom 3 are still living. Hillie is a School Teacher. Also in the household is boarder William Hanskins (sic) (1880).

The 1910 Federal Census for Callands, Pittsylvania Co., VA, ED#88, page 52A, dated April 20, 1910 records E. K. (50) and Victoria (51) Kendrick with their son Paul Kendrick (18). E. K. is a farmer and has been married to Victoria for 30 years. They have had 6 children of whom 3 are still living. Paul is a Laborer on a farm. Also in the household is mother-in-law Sallie Haskins (70). Sallie indicates she is a widow and has had 2 children both of whom are still living. Note William Hanskins (sic) (1880) is listed in the above 1900 census and the 1880 census below .. see general noptes on his mother, Sallie Haskins.

The 1920 Federal Census for Callands, Pittsylvania Co., VA, ED#139, page 49A, dated January 16, 1920 records E. K. (60) and Victoria (63) Kendrick with their son Paul Kendrick (26). E. K. is a farmer and Paul is a Farm Laborer.

The 1930 Federal Census for Callands, Pittsylvania Co., VA, ED#4, page 46B, dated April 4, 1930 records Elish (70) and Victory (70) Kendrick with their son Paul Kendrick (35) and his family Blanch (23), Sammie (7), Uencin (6), and Loyd (1 5/12) living on Lemons Mill Road. Paul is a Farmer.

The 1940 Federal Census for Callands, Pittsylvania Co., VA, ED#72-8, page 93B, dated April 24, 1940 records the widow Victoria Kendrick (81) with her son A. Paul Kendrick (50) and his family Blanche (35), Samuel (17), Vincin (16), Loyd (11), Kermit (10), P. J. (7), Gladys (3), and Gilly Ann (8/12). Paul is a Farmer.

Elisha married Victoria Haskins, daughter of Unknown and Sallie Haskins, circa 1878 in Pittsylvania Co., VA. (Victoria Haskins was born circa 1860 in Virginia and died circa 1941 in Callands, Pittsylvania Co., VA.)
