Mr. and Mrs. George C. Waggoner, 112 North York street, Mechanicsburg have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Helen A. Waggoner, to Keith L. Baney, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Baney, 101 East Portland street, Mechanicsburg. Miss Waggoner is a graduate of Mechanicsburg High School and is employed with the State Treasury Department, Harrisburg. Mr. Baney, also a graduate of Mechanicsburg High School, is employed at Ritters Hardware Store, Mechanicsburg. He is a veteran of 27 months of service, having spent 18 months with the 101st Abn. Div. in European Theatre of Operations.
