The 1900 Federal Census for Beat 4, Washington Co., Mississippi, District 86, page 113A, dated June 6, 1880 records Willis M. (January 1852 - TN/VA/TN) and Nannie (January 1862 - TN/VA/VA) Wiggins with children Clara (Feb 1880 - TN), Ethel (March 1884 - TN), Jessie [female] (April 1888 - TN), and Fred (May 1893 - Mississippi). Willis and Nannie have been married 25 years. Nannie reports having had 6 children of whom 2 are still living ... of course, 4 are listed here so perhaps the 2 refer to the children who have died!?

The 1910 Federal Census for Beat 4, Washington Co., Mississippi, District 121, page 113A, dated June 6, 1880 records Willis M. Wiggins (56 - TN/TN/TN). Willis is employed as a farm manager. He indicates that he has been married for 30 years; however, his wife is not listed here. Also in the household are blacks: Jno James (30), Addie James (25), Dan Melvin (25), and Becky Williams (50).

The 1930 Federal Census for Leland, Beat 4, Washington Co., Mississippi, District 15, page 42A, dated April 7, 1930 records Willis M. Wiggins (78 - TN/VA/TN) with his wife Nannie B. Wiggins (73 - TN/VA/VA) and their daughter Frankie Wiggins (39 - TN) living at 107 Deer Creek Drive North. They own their home valued at $6,000. Willis and Nannie have been married for 52 years. Frankie is a Public School Teacher. Also in the household is a lodger, Emmett Hollowell (22 - Mississippi).

Wiggins (51 - TN) living at 107 Deer Creek Drive North. They own their home valued at $5,000. Frankie has completed 5 years of college and is employed as a High School Teacher earning $1,574 working 36 weeks during the last year. Nannie has completetd 2 years of high school.
