The 1900 Federal Census for Beat 4, Washington Co., Mississippi, District 86, page 113A, dated June 6, 1880 records Willis M. (January 1852 - TN/VA/TN) and Nannie (January 1862 - TN/VA/VA) Wiggins with children Clara (Feb 1880 - TN), Ethel (March 1884 - TN), Jessie [female] (April 1888 - TN), and Fred (May 1893 - Mississippi). Willis and Nannie have been married 25 years. Nannie reports having had 6 children of whom 2 are still living ... of course, 4 are listed here so perhaps the 2 refer to the children who have died!?
