Johnson (33 - NC) and his wife Sylva Johnson (20 - NC) and siblings Gradie (8) [daughter], Nola (6)[daughter], Carl (4 9/12), Berl (2 6/12) [son], Betty G. (4/12), Also in the household is brother-in-law Elbert Love (18 - NC).
Note: Dorothy Love Johnson died of Leukemia on Feb 18, 1935. She was born on Dec 10, 1904.

KINGSPORT - Espie J. Seckler, 86, of Greeneville, died Friday at her home following an extended illness.
She was born in New Castle, N.C., and had lived in Greeneville and Kingsport.
Mrs. Seckler was of the Baptist tradition of faith.
She was the widow of William D. Seckler.
Mrs. Seckler was preceded in death by two daughters: Lucy Seckler and Sandra Hawkins; two granddaughters; and three brothers.
Survivors include four daughters and their husbands: Susan and Willis Crum of Greeneville, Patty and Jeff Collins of Church Hill, Barbara Mills of Greeneville, and Meg and Billy Taylor of Mount Carmel; three sons and their wives: Jack and Joy Seckler of Greenfield, Dale and Janice Seckler of Greeneville, and Barry and Deborah Seckler of Kingsport; 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; three sisters; four brothers; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. today at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 7 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Donnie Gaddis and Adam Gaddis will officiate.
A graveside service will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning in East Lawn Memorial Park. Friends and family will meet at 9:55 a.m. at the cemetery.

Mr. Jimmie M. Johnson, age 73, died Tuesday, August 26
Mr. Jimmie M. Johnson, age 73, of San Francisco, CA, formerly of Wilkes County died Tuesday, August 26, 2008.
A memorial service will be held 2:00, Saturday, November 15 at Mtn. View Baptist Church in the Windy Gap Community with the Rev. Mark Rupard and the Rev. Glenn Inscore officiating.
Mr. Johnson was born in Wilkes County, November 23, 1934, to Columbus and Dorothy Love Johnson. He was a member of Mtn. View Baptist Church. Mr. Johnson worked for Pacific Bell as quality control manager and retired after 35 years of service.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by three sisters, Espie J. Seckler, Grady J. Jolly, Joan Nickolson; three brothers, Carl (Jack) Johnson, Lee Johnson, and Berl Johnson.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his step mother, Sylvia Love of Elkin; three sisters, Nola J. Nixon, Betty Withers and husband, Bill all of Greensboro, and Geraldean Frye of North Wilkesboro; three brothers, Douglas Johnson and wife, Geneva, Jesse Johnson and wife, Lavaughn, and Larry Johnson and wife, Terry all of North Wilkesboro.
