William is a Lumber Yard Manager.who was first married at age 21 while Fannie at age 19. If this is correct then William was married before Fannie.

The 1920 Federal Census for Mechanicsburg, Ward 4, Cumberland Co. , Pennsylvania,, ED# 25, page 47A records William M. (58 - PA) and Fannie M. (48 - VA) living at 318 West Allen Street. William is a Truck Driver at the Lumber Yard.

The 1910 Federal Census for Mechanicsburg, Cumberland Co., Pennsylvania, ED# 24, page 32A records William M. (50 - PA) and Fannie M. (41 - VA) Foust living at 318 West Allen Street. William and Fannie have been married for 10 years and it is a 2nd marriage for both. William is a teamster at the Lumber Yard. Also in the household is a daughter, Iva B. Foust (20 - PA). Fannie reports having had 3 children all of whom are still living.

The 1900 Federal Census for Mechanicsburg, Cumberland Co., Pennsylvania, ED# 17, page 10A records William M. Foust (sic) (Feb 1860 - PA) with sons Philip (Dec 1885) and Guy (Dec 1894) living at 114 West Allen Street. Also in the household is William's mother, Kate Foust (Sept 1828 - PA). William is a day laborer at the Lumber Yard. His marriage status lokks like he was married for 15 years and is now divorced.
